Do you have a problem with your gas central heating system? Is the boiler not working? No hot water? No central heating? Just ring us with all your problems.

Our minimum charge is £60.00 including VAT.

Our minimum charge includes the first hour’s work. If the breakdown is likely to take longer than one hour we will give you an estimate before proceeding further. Usually the defect can be rectified within the first hour. 

All spare parts are charged extra at the manufacturer’s parts list prices.
All spare parts will be brand new. We do not use second hand or reconditioned parts. All parts come with the maker's full one year guarantee.

We always honour all guarantees without any questions.

Here is a list of some prices of parts, that often need replacing, on central heating systems. All prices include VAT,(we never have hidden charges).

To replace most makes of thermocouples	£85.00
To replace Honeywell zone valves	£155.00

Our prices are very competitive and, although other firms will state there are no call out charges and comments like that, they will still charge these prices and often more. We think it is only fair to state the full charge so you know the full payment from the start.
